Moving to the big city I found the most important thing in a mechanic was not as much their ability to fix the problem but trust. To trust a mechanic, not only to be straight up with you but to to do the job right. Charlie's is that kind of place, they can fix my cars, but more importantly I trust them. They say after all this work such and such needs replaced, you know it needs to be replaced. We use Charlie's because we trust them.
